Von einfachen XOs to oven-controlled stability.
Every oscillator family solves a different problem — from cost-sensitive standard clocking to ±5 ppb OCXO stability for telecom infrastructure. Four families ship from stock; OCXOs are sourced on demand.
SPXO / Standard XO
The workhorse oscillator — a self-contained clock source for every digital design. No external components, no tuning, just a clean square wave at your specified frequency.
TCXO
Built-in temperature compensation flattens the frequency curve from −40 to +85 °C. Essential for GNSS, 4G/5G, and any wireless application that must hold lock across temperature.
VC-TCXO
TCXO with a voltage-control pin — the analog tuning input lets you steer the frequency electronically. For PLL applications, holdover circuits, and IEEE 1588 synchronisation.
Differential Output
Differential output oscillators (LVDS, LVPECL, HCSL) for high-speed serial links — PCIe Gen 1 through Gen 6, 10/40/100 GbE, FPGA reference clocks. Femtosecond-grade phase jitter.
OCXO
The ultimate in frequency stability — a TCXO with a built-in temperature-controlled oven that holds the crystal at a constant 75 °C. Stratum-class accuracy for 5G fronthaul, telecom holdover and metrology.
One signal. Four ways to drive it.
The output stage of an oscillator determines its signal integrity, power consumption, and which receivers it can drive. The right choice depends on frequency, distance, and noise budget.
Standard digital square wave. Drives any CMOS input directly. Simplest, lowest cost, up to ~150 MHz.
Filtered sine wave with reduced harmonics. Typical for TCXOs feeding RF/PLL inputs in wireless designs.
Two complementary signals, 350 mV swing. Robust against noise, low EMI. Standard for Gigabit links.
800 mV differential swing. Fastest edges, lowest jitter. Standard for SerDes, PCIe, 10 GbE references.
Three sources. Three positioning tiers.
